The Performance Program is designed for athletes ready to train with intensity, discipline, and long-term commitment. Training focuses on advanced technical development, tactical strategy, physical conditioning, and competition preparation.

Program Objective

The Performance Program prepares athletes for high-level judo through structured technical refinement, tactical training, and progressive physical development.

Training sessions combine advanced technique, situational drills, controlled randori, and athletic conditioning. Athletes learn to apply judo under pressure, manage match situations, and develop the discipline required for competitive sport.

Responsibility, consistency, and mental resilience become central elements of training at this stage.
